City of Atlantis

First off, the dome for the city was contributed by McGyver at ShareCG. The scene was created in Vue 9 Esprit w/ minor PW in PSPPX4; This was a challenging project... it took 3 days and hours of render (and a stop by GeekAtPlay to view a lighting tutorial).
